How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Our standard processing time is 7-8 weeks (business days) this does not include weekends and holidays & does not including shipping time , please factor that in before purchasing . To calculate when an item will ship count up to the latest week (8 weeks from when you ordered) from you order date and thats when it will ship (usually by the end of the weekend when that falls). This processing time can vary /change due to weather, supply issues etc. We are happy to accomidate any of your needs as we do offer a rush add on fee on occasion thats an additional charge to have your item get to you within 1 week! * rush options are not always available*

How Will I Know When My Order Ships?

You will recieve an order shipping email when your order is ready to ship/ the shipping label is printed. we say to allow up to 48-72 hours for the parcel to be dropped off at the post office/ for the shipping information to update.

Once an item is dropped off/ picked by the postal carrirer it is out of our control what happens to the parcel. Please reach out to your local post office if you encour any issues with postage. * We are not liable for lost packages/ incorrect shippng addresses given at checkout please make sure you shipping address is correct when checking out as it cannot be changed after purchase

Do You Take Returns ?

Unfortunatly because every single item is handmade and handcrafted we do not accept any sort of returns or cancellations to orders. If there is any issue with your order please feel free to reach out within 48 hours of recieving your item. Keep in mind we are a handmade shop so there could be slight imperfections. All of our styles are made to order, handmade , hand sewed, and placed and are perfectly imperfect. No two pair of ears will look the same, as they are all hand crafted. Please keep in mind colors may vary ( may be a little lighter or darker )due to phone brightness/ lighting on the screen

If there are any issues with you order we are ONLY able to refund store credit.

Can I Cancel or Change My order?

Unfortunatly we do not accept cancellations of any kind. If something needs to be changed on your order please reach out within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Can I Combine Orders?

If you order an item that is ready to ship or with a longer processing time and an item that has a standard processing time/ longer processing time they will ship together at the latest shipping speed of the processing time. If you want a ready to ship order/ shorter processing time order, order that seperate first.

Does The Headband Hurt/ Will They Fit A Toddler?

Our headbands are very comfortable. They are a standard size and fit ages 5/6- adult. if your child fits into the standard park headbands these will fit just fine! Our headbands are a one size fits MOST style. if a standard headband fits then it should be fine! We do not accept returns due to a headband not fitting as they are one size fits most. To help secure your headbands i also recommend bobbi pins or clips

I've Sent An Email About My Order, When Will I Hear Back ?

Please allow up to 5 buisness days for email responses/ updates, please do not send multiple emails as it will push older emails further down. If your email/ question can be answered from our FAQ please read our faq first before sending us an email.

How Do I Add A Rush Order Add On To My Order?

When rush add ons are available there will be a rush add on listing on the site just like a normal listing. (these rush add ons are not always available , they are not available during holiday seasons )Please add that on to your order along with you order youre wanting to purchase.
